Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 raw potatoes, peeled and sliced
    3 Tbsp. flour
    hot milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place a layer of potatoes in a greased casserole pan. Sprinkle the layer with 1/3 of the flour, salt and pepper.
    Dot with butter.
    Repeat, making 3 layers. Pour until just barely covered, the milk preferably hot.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Yields 6 servings.
