Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
 
2 c. Minute rice (raw)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
8 oz. pkg. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 large onion, sauteed in 1/2 stick oleo (optional)
Preparation
- 
                            Cook chopped onion in oleo.
 
Cook broccoli and drain.
Mix soup, water, rice, cheese and cooked onion in a bowl.
Add broccoli.
Put in 8 x 10-inch glass casserole dish.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
