English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans English peas
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    3 sticks celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 stick oleo
    2 Tbsp. chopped canned pimiento
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. milk
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in oleo.
    Add rest of ingredients to mixture.
    Stir well and pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and cook at 350\u00b0 until it bubbles. This casserole may be prepared the day before and baked when needed.
    Serves 8.
