China Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raw rice
1 Tbsp. peanut oil
2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. peanut oil
2 green onions, minced
1/2 c. cooked ham, diced finely
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Saute rice in a little peanut oil for a few minutes.
Add rice to water and cook as on package.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in pan over medium heat and add eggs.
Stir quickly with fork until thoroughly cooked.
Transfer to small bowl and chop into small pieces.
Over medium heat (can use same pan, just wipe), add onions and ham. Stir quickly 2 to 3 minutes until golden or your preference.
Add rice and soy sauce.
Blend quickly.
Add eggs.
Toss and serve. Serves 6.
