Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 potatoes, mashed with soy or nut milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion powder
    3 to 4 freshly chopped sprigs parsley
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    After mashing potatoes, add other ingredients.
    Form into patties.
    Place on well sprayed baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 40 minutes, turning once.
    Pancakes should form a brown crust. Serve with fresh parsley and tomatoes.
    A compliment to scrambled tofu.
    Yields 1 dozen.
