Meringues - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. water
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Beat egg whites foamy; add baking powder and salt.
Beat stiff.
Add vanilla, then vinegar, then water.
Beat.
Add sugar, beating until mixture holds stiff.
Press meringue through pastry tube, forming ring on greased baking sheet.
Bake in slow oven (275\u00b0) for 1 hour.
