Walnut Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. finely grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. margarine, softened
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento and olives (optional)
    1 1/2 c. chopped toasted walnuts *
Preparation
    Put first 5 ingredients into large mixing bowl.
    Beat together with mixer until well blended.
    Chill.
    Then form into balls or rolls as desired.
    Roll in toasted nuts.
    Wrap well in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator until about 30 minutes before serving.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
