Better Than Heaven Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German Chocolate cake mix
    1 can (10 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
    1 jar caramel/fudge topping
    1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 bag (8 oz.) toffee chips, or Heath Bar, broken up
Preparation
    Bake cake according to directions on box. Cool for 15 minutes. Poke holes in the top of the cake every 1/2 inch with the handle of a wooden spoon. Drizzle with condensed milk and let stand for 5 minutes. Drizzle with caramel/fudge sauce. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Spread cake top with whipped topping and sprinkle with toffee chips.
