Ingredients

1 lb. carrots
1 tsp. instant minced onion (optional)
dash of garlic salt
dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. brown sugar substitute
1 c. diet Faygo pineapple-orange
Preparation

Peel and dice carrots.
Place in saucepan.
Sprinkle with onion, salt, pepper and brown sugar substitute.
Pour in diet pineapple-orange.
Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until carrots are tender.
