Cocktail Sausages - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cocktail Smokies
    1 box brown sugar
    1 (6 oz.) can pineapple juice
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 bottle La Choy sweet and sour sauce
    red food coloring
    cornstarch
Preparation
    Boil sausages and drain.
    Over medium heat in a heavy saucepan add brown sugar, pineapple juice, vinegar and La Choy sweet and sour sauce.
    Bring to boil.
    When mixture boils reduce heat and add 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water.
    Stir until thickened.
    It may take a little more cornstarch.
    Add 4 to 6 drops of red food coloring.
    Add sausages and serve hot.
