Nana'S Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. warm water
    2/3 c. Carnation instant milk
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. salt
    11 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix and knead.
    Let rise until doubled in bulk.
    Divide into 4 loaves and let rise until 2/3 size of finished loaves.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 as rising completes and loaves are brown on bottom as well as top, for 1/2 hour or 45 minutes.
