Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. sour cream
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. oatmeal

Preparation

Cream together sugars and shortening.
Add eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add alternately with sour cream.
Add oatmeal.
Flatten balls of dough and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 10 minutes.
