Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced, cooked Irish potatoes
    2 to 3 pkg. white sauce mix (mixed with water and brought to boil first) or can use 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 to 2 c. chopped ham (can use Spam or cooked chicken)
    milk (as needed, if too thick)
    season to taste with salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. margarine (can dot with)
Preparation
    Spread into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover top with cheese slices. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly and cheese is melted in good.
