Oriental Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. roast
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. Lawry's seasoning
    1 tsp. hot Chinese mustard (optional)
Preparation
    Place heavy duty aluminum foil in a shallow pan.
    Center roast on foil.
    Mix all other ingredients and pour over roast.
    Turn roast to coat.
    Seal foil airtight and bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
