Bierocks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
2 lb. ground cabbage
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Cook meat until browned, then add cabbage and onions.
Cook until cabbage and onions are tender, then cool.
Make yeast dough as you do for bread.
Roll and cut in about 6 inches square. Take a number 12 ice cream dipper or 2 tablespoons of hamburger. Put in each square of dough, then fold dough over meat and fasten it closed.
Let rise and bake in a 350\u00b0
oven until lightly browned.
