Tuna Cheeseburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can tuna
    1/4 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 hamburger buns
    3 slices processed American cheese
Preparation
    About 15 minutes before serving, preheat broiler.
    In medium bowl, flake tuna; stir in celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, milk and salt.
    Spoon mixture on top of 3 bun halves.
    Place cheese slices on remaining halves.
    Place all bun halves on rack in broiler pan.
    Broil just until cheese melts, about 3 minutes. Makes 3 sandwiches.
