Orange Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium sweet potatoes
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. orange rind
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Boil potatoes until done.
Peel and cut in half lengthwise. Place on greased baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, turning potatoes once and basting frequently with syrup.
