Baked Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans spaghetti sauce
    4 Tbsp. Parmesan or Romano cheese
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    4 eggs
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
    dash of nutmeg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute beef in oil until brown; drain well.
    Add spaghetti sauce and 1 can of water.
    Cook 15 minutes longer.
    Season to taste. Prepare a filling by mixing cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese and a dash of nutmeg.
    Cook the lasagne noodles (enough for 3 layers in long dish); drain and wash.
