Mark'S Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. melted Crisco
    1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Melt 1/2 cup Crisco in a 10-inch skillet. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, adding water until you get a creamy mixture.
    Add melted Crisco.
    Bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
