Quick Tuna Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup wide egg noodles
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna
    2 Tbsp. pimento (optional)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. potato chips
Preparation
    Cook noodles
    in
    salted,
    boiling
    water until tender; drain. Stir in
    tuna
    and
    oil,
    pimento\tand
    mushroom soup. Reserve enough large
    potato
    for
    top.
    Crush remaining chips and cover bottom of
    shallow\t1 1/2 quart casserole.\tAdd tuna mixture.
    Top with
    whole potato chips.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) just long enough
    to heat thoroughly, approximately 25 minutes and potato chips on top are crisp.
    Serves 4 to 6.
