Pannekuchen Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter in a pie plate as oven preheat. Watch carefully so it doesn't burn. Mix flour, eggs and milk together with a fork in
    a medium bowl. It's okay if it's a bit lumpy. Pour over butter in pie plate. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minute or until golden brown and puffy. Take out of the oven and sift powdered sugar on top and serve immediately.
