Homemade Egg Substitute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    dash of salt (for flavor)
    a drop of yellow food coloring (for color)
Preparation
    For equivalent of 2 eggs, mix egg whites, dry milk and vegetable oil.
    For flavor, add salt and for color, add yellow food coloring.
