Mexicali Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. taco sauce
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, undrained
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, taco sauce, onion and salt until well blended, reserving a few pieces of chilies for garnish.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven until knife inserted near center comes out clean, about 35 to 40 minutes.
    Garnish with reserved chilies.
