Country Kitchen Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
2 cans vegetarian burger (20 oz. each)
5 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. finely chopped pecans
3/4 c. finely chopped salted cashews
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Melt margarine in a skillet.
Add onion, celery, green pepper and garlic.
Cover and cook at medium heat until vegetables are tender, but not brown.
Combine cooked vegetable mixture with remaining ingredients.
Mix by hand or with a mixer until well blended.
