Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. finely chopped, peeled tomato
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chili peppers, drained
    1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 to 2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 clove garlic, minced
    hot pepper sauce to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Place half of mixture in a blender; blend until smooth.
    Add remaining mixture.
    Cover; chill 4 hours before serving.
    Makes about 2 cups.
    Good for dips, omelets, or just about anything.
