Garden Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1/2 medium head green cabbage, chopped
    2 medium stalks celery, chopped
    1 medium carrot, shredded
    1 medium zucchini, sliced
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Toss onions, cabbage, celery, carrots and zucchini.
    Heat remaining ingredients to boiling.
    Boil and stir 1 minute.
    Toss with vegetables.
    Refrigerate for 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Makes 8 servings.
