Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    2 lb. ground beef, browned
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz. cans)
    1 can tomatoes or tomato bits (28 oz. can)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    dash of Tabasco
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. French's spaghetti sauce mix
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except cottage and Mozzarella cheeses, and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Cook lasagna noodles and drain.
    In baking dish, put 1 layer noodles, 1 layer sauce, 1 layer cheese, 1 layer noodles, 1 layer sauce, 1 layer cottage cheese and 1 layer cheese.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
