Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork steak, cut in cubes
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
    1 green pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat lightly in oil.
    Combine water, vinegar, sugar, cornstarch, salt and 1 cup pineapple juice drained from chunks. Cook in saucepan until clear and slightly thickened.
    Pour sauce over meat.
    Cover and cook 30 minutes.
    Add pineapple chunks and green pepper.
    Cook 2 minutes longer.
