Ricotta Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 pinch salt
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and eggs together.
    Add Ricotta cheese, flour, salt, baking soda and vanilla.
    Spoon onto slightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Can be frosted with your favorite frosting.
