Sand Tarts(Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or oleo
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 to 2 Tbsp. water (if needed)
Preparation
    Combine in order; heat.
    Form in half moons.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Roll in powdered sugar.
