Corn Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. corn meal
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. oil
    3/4 c. milk
    1 to 2 lb. boiled hot dogs
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Combine egg and oil with milk; add to dry mix and mix well.
    Insert wooden skewers into hot dogs. Cover hot dogs with mixture.
    Fry in fat until golden brown. Serves 10 to 20.
