Good Liver! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    4 slices bacon
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. liver
Preparation
    Cook bacon; drain and crush.
    Brown onion and pepper in bacon fat or butter.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour over liver in baking dish.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
