Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 stale slices bread
    1 lb. sausage
    1 to 2 c. shredded cheese
    6 eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Line bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with bread.
    Brown sausage and drain grease.
    Place sausage on bread.
    Cover sausage with shredded cheese.
    Mix together eggs, milk, mustard and salt.
    Pour over cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
