Roulade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large thin sliced round steaks
    mustard
    salt and pepper
    4 dill spears
    1 onion, chopped or sliced
    4 slices bacon (uncooked)
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Spread mustard on each steak.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Lay slice of bacon on each steak, then onion and one dill spear per steak.
    Roll up tight and secure with toothpick or sewing thread. Saute in fat on all sides.
    Add water and cook until tender. Thicken juices with flour to thicken for gravy.
    Serve with \"Red Cabbage and Potatoes.\"
