Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add milk and flour.
    Add nutmeg with sugar. Pour into bowl with eggs and sugar.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Dot the top with butter.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour; then turn to 200\u00b0 and bake until crust is brown and pie is set.
