Diabetic Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan, combine water, shortening and salt.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add flour, beating constantly until smooth and pulls away from side of pan.
    Remove from heat.
    Add eggs, one at a time. Beat vigorously after each egg.
    Drop on cookie sheet by spoonful and allow for expansion.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 400\u00b0 and bake 25 minutes more.
    Cool and fill with NutraSweet pudding.
