Stacey'S Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 pt. strawberries, cleaned and halved
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 baked pie crust
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Preparation

Combine 1 cup of the ripest strawberries, sugar and 3/4 cup water.
Puree. Boil in microwave.
