Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated, peeled zucchini squash
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add sugar, vanilla and oil. Blend well.
    Sift together flour and cinnamon.
    Blend with squash mixture.
    Fold in nuts.
    Turn into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
