Saucepan Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. margarine
2 oz. (2 sq.) chocolate
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, unbeaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Melt butter and chocolate together in a saucepan large enough to serve as a mixing bowl; remove from the stove.
Stir in sugar, salt, eggs (one at a time), vanilla, nuts and flour.
Mix well. Spread mixture in a buttered 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake in a slow oven (325\u00b0) for about 30 minutes.
Cut while warm.
