Sizzle Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. plus 2 tsp. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    2/3 c. milk
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all into batter.
    Use a paper funnel and pour into hot oil in swirling design.
    Turn only once; place on paper towels.
    While hot, dust with powdered sugar.
