Mexican-Style Liver - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bacon
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 garlic clove
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
liver
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation

In large skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
Take out bacon and drain all but 3 tablespoons of grease.
Cook onion in grease until tender.
Combine flour, chili powder and salt.
Cut liver in thin strips and roll in flour mixture.
Cook all the liver, stir in crumbled bacon.
