Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt

Preparation

Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
