Diet Turkey Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey, browned
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. each basil and oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (15 oz.) can peeled tomatoes (uncooked)
    5 lasagna noodles
    4 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 can drained or 8 oz. fresh mushrooms
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    6 oz. tomato paste
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except uncooked noodles and cheese. Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Pour 1/2 of mixture in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Layer 5 uncooked noodles in pan; add the remaining mixture and sprinkle cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
