Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) fryer chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 or 2 cans mushroom soup
2 oz. American cheese, grated
5 oz. egg noodles
1 stick oleo or less
3 oz. bottle stuffed olives (if desired)
Preparation

Boil chicken; debone and cut chicken in bite size pieces.
Cook noodles in chicken stock; let noodles soak up as much broth as they will.
Saute celery, onions and pepper in oleo.
Combine all ingredients in casserole.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until heated thoroughly. Freezes well.
