Herb Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. hot roll mix
    1 1/4 c. hot water (120~ to 130~)
    3 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    3 tsp. dried basil leaves
    2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Add hot water.
    Stir until dough pulls away from sides of bowl.
    Knead with floured hands for 5 minutes until smooth.
    Add more flour if needed to reduce stickiness.
    Cover and let rest 5 minutes.
    Grease two large cookie sheets.
    Shape dough into 16 to 18 balls and place on cookie sheets.
    Let rise until doubled, 30 to 45 minutes, in a warm place. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
    Serve warm.
