Deep Dish Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 large eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 (10-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Mix sugar, margarine and salt until smooth.
    Use whisk beater. Add one egg at a time; mix well.
    Beat in milk and vanilla until smooth.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
