Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. canned salmon
    1 egg, beaten
    salmon liquid plus milk to equal 3/4 c.
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. chopped onion (optional)
    salt and pepper
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) undiluted can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Combine salmon and egg.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Put in loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    To make full loaf pan, double recipe.
