Ice Cream Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 or 9-inch) graham cracker crusts
    1 (1 lb.) can or 2 c. cooked pumpkin
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 qt. vanilla ice cream
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Crust:
    Crush about 36 graham crackers to make 3 cups crumbs. Add 6 tablespoons sugar and stir 2/3 cup melted butter or margarine in.
    Press into pie dishes and freeze or buy already made.
