Crusty Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Crisco oil
    2 1/2 to 3 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast over water; let set 5 minutes.
    Add salt and oil.
    Stir.
    Add flour, little at a time until dough is soft and elastic.
    Knead; add more flour, if needed.
    Place in greased bowl. Grease top and let stand draft free for 1 hour.
    Punch down and divide into 2 parts.
    Press into 2 pizza pans, dusted lightly with cornmeal (may grease pans for extra crispy crust).
    Add pizza ingredients and bake.
