Fishcamp Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. corn meal (Pollard's extra fine)
    2 onions, chopped fine
    salt to taste
    water
Preparation
    Add onions and salt to corn meal.
    Gradually blend in water until it forms a thick mixture that can be dipped by teaspoonfuls into a deep fryer of hot oil.
    (Canola is best!)
    Fry until hush puppies are brown and rise to the top of the pot.
    Drain well and enjoy.
